Become a member of a team of specialists helping travellers worldwide in uncomfortable situations. You will establish procedures and quality standards in this role and monitor these against agreed targets. Likewise, you will assure consistent production quality by developing and enforcing reasonable procedures, validating processes, providing documentation, analysing data and managing staff.
You will lead company quality initiatives that proactively identify/eliminate customer dissatisfaction, reduce defects or cycle time risks through advanced planning, and use quality management principles and continuous improvement to solve issues.
Main responsibilities:
Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Assessing customer requirements and setting customer service standards
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards (internal and external levels)
Validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; conducting audits; determining system improvements; implementing change
Working with operating staff to establish procedures and standards
Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters
Determining training needs
Directing objectives to maximize profitability
Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information
Supervising QA staff
Requirements:
Experience working in a Quality leadership role within (preferably) an assistance company or call centre for at least 5 years
Experience with the continuous improvement process
Experience using statistical tools for data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-Initiative and creative problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize while remaining flexible to change and shifting business needs
Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and translate it into tactical actions
University degree
Native, bilingual or High Advanced English
