You will:

    • Identify DEIBA and Wellness opportunities and prioritize areas for improvement aligned with our Kiwi.com organizational goals.

      Conduct targeted training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns to raise employee and manager awareness.
    • Establish & support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and collaborate on impactful initiatives and events that promote inclusivity and diversity.
    • Provide guidance and support to ERG supporters, fostering their efforts to create a positive impact.
    • Develop and implement wellness programs to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being among our employees.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into organizational wellness programs.
    • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and stakeholders to align D&I and wellness initiatives with overall objectives.
    • Cultivate relationships with internal/external partners, community organizations, and industry networks to leverage resources and stay informed on emerging D&I and wellness trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Significant experience in a similar relevant role, coupled with your proven track record in developing and implementing successful D&I and wellness initiatives.
    • Your strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, trends, and regulations.
    • Previous experience in leading and building initiatives within Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and your demonstrated success in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong project management skills, including your ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives.
    • Your analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
    • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or similar certification is a plus.
